Our Philosophy

Together, we co-direct Roots & Rigour and our sister company AiAi Studios, drawing on a wider circle of collaborators who bring specialist knowledge, lived experience, and creative skill. We work as an ecosystem rather than a hierarchy, shaping each partnership around what the work truly needs. Our roles shift with each project, but our commitment stays the same: to work with care, curiosity, and integrity. It’s a way of working that grows stronger through relationship, and truer through collaboration.
